Public Health Experts Urge Ninth Circuit to Allow Juliana v. United States to Go to Trial March 6, 2019

Juliana v. United States, a lawsuit filed on behalf of 21 children that alleges the U.S. government knowingly failed to protect them from climate change, is now before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and an amicus brief has been filed in support of the lawsuit by a group of public health organizations and experts. Greater Boston PSR members Regina LaRocque, Peter Moyer, Jim Recht and Caren Solomon are all signatories on the brief.
