- By subway: Red Line train to Harvard Square
- By bus: The closest bus stops are Mass Ave @ Bow Street or Mass Ave @ Trowbridge. The 1 bus goes to Bow Street and the 77 bus goes to Trowbridge. The # 1, 66, 68, 69, and 86 buses also stop at street level at several locations in Harvard Square. (Routes 66 and 86 run northbound in the tunnel and southbound on the surface.) Southbound buses on routes 66 and 86, and terminating buses on route 77, also serve a stop on Eliot Street at Bennett Street.

Parking is not available on-site at the Ikeda Center or the Old Cambridge Baptist Church lot. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed by the church.
- Metered street parking exists on many streets surrounding the Ikeda Center. Since the event begins at 5:00pm, if you arrive at this time there should be adequate street parking.
- Parking garage options — The Broadway Garage (7 Felton Street) and the Smith Garage (1350 Massachusetts Ave) offer advance parking passes online and are a .2 mile walk and a .3-mile walk, respectively, from the Ikeda Center. Online parking passes can be purchased here and must be purchased in advanced. (Please note: you will need to register on the site as a visitor if you are not a Harvard employee).
