Margaret Woodruff

Margaret Woodruff has been in the healthcare field for 40 years. She started out as a nutritionist and moved into consulting for acute care hospitals. She focused in projecting patient volumes and required productive spaces, staffing and care models as precursors to facility design. She has both an undergraduate and master’s degree in Nutrition and an MBA. Given her nutrition background she is particularly interested in human food choices and the impact on the environment. Margaret has been long committed to environmental work as a member of the Sierra Club and 350.org.
