Arthur Hale, MD, MS
Arthur Hale, MD, MS, is a resident physician in the Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He earned a BA in International Relations and an MS in Community Health and Prevention Research, both from Stanford University, and recently received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School. Prior to medical training, he worked as a consultant for the World Health Organization, focusing on COVID-19 policy in the Western Pacific Region. As a member of Physicians for Social Responsibility and International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War, he is involved in the medical student movement for nuclear abolition and in health education on the humanitarian consequences of nuclear weapons.
