Back from the Brink: A Call to Prevent Nuclear War December 19, 2017
PSR and a coalition of national and local organizations, faith-based groups, and local municipalities have all signed on to the “Back from the Brink” resolution, calling on the U.S. to renounce the option of using nuclear weapons first, ending the sole, unchecked authority of any president to launch a nuclear attack, and cancel plans to replace the nation’s entire nuclear arsenal with enhanced weapons, among other proposals to help avert the danger of nuclear war.
